Orders & Payment

I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam, promotions, and updates folders first. Order emails are sent to the address used at checkout. If you still cannot find it, email us with that address and we can confirm whether the order was received.

How do I check the status of my order?

Sign in through the account page with the same email used at checkout. Your customer dashboard shows recent orders, payment status, tracking once available, and order detail pages for each purchase.

What payment methods are available?

The checkout page shows the currently available payment options for your order. If a manual Venmo or Zelle rail is shown, send the exact amount and use only the order memo shown on the order page. Extra text in the memo can delay confirmation.

Why does my manual-payment order show pending payment?

Pending payment means the order was created and inventory was reserved, but payment has not been matched yet. Once the exact amount and memo are confirmed, the order moves into the fulfillment queue and you receive an email update.

Can I modify or cancel an order after it is placed?

Contact us as quickly as possible. We can usually help before an order ships, but once it has been handed to the carrier we cannot change the destination, contents, or payment method.

How do coupon codes work?

Enter the code during checkout. Active codes show the discount before you place the order. Coupon codes may be limited, deactivated, or changed without notice.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard shipping is typically 3 to 7 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and destination.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking is emailed once the order ships and also appears in your customer account. Carrier tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the first scan.

Do you ship cold or include desiccant?

No. Orders are not cold-shipped and do not include desiccant unless a future product specifically states otherwise on its product page or label.

Is a signature required?

Some orders may require signature confirmation based on order value, carrier rules, destination, or fraud-prevention review. If a signature is required, tracking will show the carrier's delivery requirements.

Quality, COAs & Storage

Do products include Certificates of Analysis?

Released batches are tied to batch-level Certificates of Analysis. Product pages display available COAs for the current shipping batch so you can review documentation before ordering.

What kind of testing do you use?

Our quality program is built around third-party analytical testing such as HPLC and mass spectrometry where applicable. Each released batch is tracked by batch ID so the product, order record, and COA can be connected.

How should products be stored?

Store sealed products in a cool, dry, dark place unless the label or product page gives more specific instructions. Avoid prolonged heat, direct sun, moisture, and unnecessary handling. We do not provide guidance for human-use preparation or reconstitution.

What if I need a COA for a specific batch?

Email contact@vitalresearch.us with your order number or batch ID. If that batch documentation is available, we can point you to the correct COA.

Research Use Only

Are Vital Research products for human or animal use?

No. All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical, and educational purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, animal use, medical use, dietary supplement use, cosmetic use, or diagnostic use.

Do you provide dosing, reconstitution, or usage guidance?

No. We do not provide dosing instructions, reconstitution guidance, cycle planning, medical advice, or recommendations for human or animal use. Questions in that category cannot be answered by support.

Are these products legal to purchase?

Vital Research sells products for research use only. The buyer is responsible for confirming that purchase, possession, storage, and use comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws in their jurisdiction.

What age is required to order?

You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or place an order with Vital Research.

Account, Returns & Support

Do I need a password?

No. Vital Research uses magic-link login. Enter your email, open the secure link, and you can access your customer dashboard without managing a password.

Can I save my address for future orders?

Yes. During checkout, signed-in customers can choose to save the shipping address for future orders. Saved addresses can be reviewed from the customer account area.

What is your return policy?

All sales are generally final due to product handling requirements. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can review the issue. See Returns & Refunds for the full policy.
