Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. If your order will be significantly delayed, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Scope

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time. International shipping is not available.

3. Carrier and Tracking

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion based on package size, weight, and destination. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the initial scan.

4. Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after shipment
Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days after shipment where available

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times depend on your location, carrier performance, and factors outside our control such as weather or carrier delays.

5. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Vital Research is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check with neighbors and any secure delivery locations at your address
Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
If unresolved after 48 hours, contact us at contact@vitalresearch.us

For packages that show no tracking movement for 7 or more business days, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a resolution.

7. Returned Packages

Packages returned to us by the carrier due to an unclaimed delivery, incorrect address, or refusal will be held for 14 days. We will contact you by email to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping fees apply. After 14 days, returned packages may be restocked and a refund issued minus original shipping costs.

8. Warm Weather Advisory

Certain products may be sensitive to heat or prolonged exposure to high temperatures during transit. During warmer months, we recommend selecting expedited shipping if available and ensuring someone is available to receive the package promptly upon delivery.

9. Right to Hold or Cancel

Vital Research reserves the right to hold, delay, or cancel any shipment if we suspect fraudulent activity, if there is a compliance concern, or for any other reason at our discretion. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.
